A simple process and quick timeline to get you up and running:

PLAN AND ORGANIZE

We start by completing a formal review of your business structure and unique needs. This includes:

  • Conducting an interview to understand your business structure

  • Documenting your reporting responsibilities

  • Designing a set-up strategy that matches your way of managing your business

  • Organizing and defining the data to implement your plan

CONFIGURE AND LOAD

Next, we'll provide simple data templates in Excel format. We use the information gathered to:

  • Configure your web database and structure

  • Set up the system hierarchy and core structure

  • Complete the initial upload of data into system

  • Work with you to load maintenance tasks

  • Start your maintenance schedule

IMPLEMENT AND TRAIN

Finally, we will set up and implement the initial maintenance schedule so that employee training is completed in a real-world context, which we have found to promote better mastery. This includes:

​

  • Preloading the first tasks and kick-starting your schedule

  • Providing hard copies of manuals and links to online versions

  • Completing virtual training sessions with associates

  • Providing web and phone support
